Refund policy

Return Right

You have a 30-day return policy after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with their tags and in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

After this period, no returns will be accepted.

Return Request

Contact us at contact@asphalt-chronicles.com to initiate a return.

Returns must be sent to the following address: Studio 49 / Asphalt Chronicles, 49 rue du Faubourg Saint-Martin, 75010 Paris, France. A shipping label will be sent to you after validation.

Defective or Non-Compliant Items

If you receive a non-compliant or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 business days at contact@asphalt-chronicles.com. We will assess the situation and offer you an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.

If you receive a damaged item, it is your responsibility to refuse delivery and contact us within 48 hours.

Additional Return Conditions

Returned items must be carefully packaged to avoid damage during transport. We are not responsible for losses or damages caused during return shipping.

Exceptions

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable products (e.g., food, plants)

  • Personalized items

  • Personal care products or hazardous materials

    Promotional items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

For an exchange, first return the item, then place a new order once the return is accepted.

Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

European customers have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days to return an order without justification. Items must be in their original condition, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once the return is inspected and approved, the refund will be made via the original payment method within 10 business days. If you do not receive the refund within 14 business days, contact us at contact@asphalt-chronicles.com.

Customer Responsibility

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our 1 part.
